French Onion Dip Chicken

French Onion Dip Chicken

I am the queen of just throwing together some ingredients and making dinner! Lucky for me, it usually works out and is tasty. The downfall of this cooking method is that I can never replicate what I make… however, recently I have made a conscious effort to try and write things down as I make them. This recipe is a result of one of my crazy concoctions! I hope that you enjoy what I’m calling french onion dip chicken.

Instructions
  1. The night before or a few hours in advance, cover chicken breasts in marinade. Put in refrigerator so that marinade can work its magic!
  2. Grease inner pot of pressure cooker with your favorite non-stick spray or oil.
  3. Pour bag of baby carrots and layer on bottom of pot.
  4. Remove marinated chicken from the refrigerator and put on top of carrots. Be sure that the chicken breasts don't overlap one another.
  5. Add chicken bullion cubes to pot, space evenly.
  6. Add water to pot.
  7. Cover chicken with french onion dip mix.
  8. Cook on high pressure, manual setting for 10-12 minutes. I use the Instant Pot Duo so you may have to adjust this time based on what pressure cooker you own.
  9. Enjoy!
